Did you see them? The ‘pepernoten’are already there!
I feel like eating something with spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamon. Something that can keep me warm in this weather. Did you know that cardamon is family of ginger? Cardamon and cinnamon are used a lot in both the Indian ayurvedic cooking and the Traditional Chinese Medicine for improvement of digestion. Delicious and good in the same time!

These truffles are made from a mix of nuts, rainsins, maca, cacao powder, cinnamon and cardamon ofcourse! I am making these for the workshop Yoga & Food on October 23 in Huizen. If you are interested in the combination of kundalini yoga and food, you will find more info on http://www.kundaliniyogatgooi.nl/workshop-kundalini-yoga-en-voeding.html. I feel how well the two work together in taking care of myself, physically and also emotionally, mentally and spiritualy. A beautiful discovery that is unfolding itself over the past years. It is a pleasure to create a workshop where these two are integrated so well that it does not become a mental exercise but a joyful experience.
Found this beautiful poem in my inbox today. I did read it some time ago and still love it as much as when I saw it for the first time.
TO COME HOME TO YOURSELF

May all that is unforgiven in you,
Be released.

May your fears yield
Their deepest tranquilities.

May all that is unlived in you,
Blossom into a future,
Graced with love.
