Peony flowers & beet roots

Very simple: blend fresh organic raw red beets with a bit of olive oil, tahina, lots of lemon, himalayan salt and cumin powder. Very tasty and refreshing with lettuce/ mixed leaves and crackers (made of seeds, vegetable pulp and spices). Love the color?
