On Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 December, the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht is hosting the National VegFest. A yearly event about sustainable life style and plant based food. A programme full of music, presentation, Pubquizes, fashion, workshops, cooking demo’s, the ‘Sea First’ Conference and a market full of great food.
KOKOKITCHEN will participate on Sunday at 1pm. I will give a presentation about soaking and sprouting of nuts and needs and will do a demo on a couple of beautiful and easy recipes to do at home.
