Yesterday, we had another beautiful workshop to learn the basic principles and the techniques of raw food preparation. With a variation of local and high quality ingredients we made nutritious, light and festive dishes. People were introduced to new (healthy) ingredients and learned the basics of soaking, drying, sprouting, fermenting, blending and food combinations. Plus lots of recipes for breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner. Recipes to bring home to make it yourself!
I enjoy the sharing of this art of food so much. Every time it makes me so happy to see people being inspired to start using this way of preparing their dishes.
